Shipping Policy
Purchases are shipped from our own or third-party warehouses/stores or offices from various points in India. Our endeavor is to make the products reach you within 7-10 Business days from receipt of order and payment depending on the address for delivery.
Order deliveries will be made by our own staff or third-party courier and logistics companies or Postal Services usually between 10.30 am – 7 pm Monday –Saturday.
Goods will need to be signed upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order.
Since the transactions are authorized by the cardholder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order.
In case your order has not been delivered but is reflecting “Delivered” on the tracking link, please inform us within 24 hours.
Warranty Terms & Replacement Policy

Warranty Terms:
Products come with a 1-year warranty against any manufacturing defects or non-functioning of features claimed on our official website. The warranty period starts from the date of delivery to the customer.
Replacement Policy:
Replacement is allowed within 10 days of product receipt by the customer. Replacement or refund will only be provided if the product is in intact condition, in its original packaging, and with all accessories.
Product Registration:
All products must be registered within 7 days of receiving the product, regardless of whether they were purchased online or offline.
Warranty Exclusions:
Warranty is not applicable in cases of damage due to customer abuse, unauthorized repair, misuse, accidental damage, or non-compliance with specified usage instructions.
Warranty Claim Procedure:
Customers need to raise a query on support@eronix.in to claim warranty benefits.

Warranty is not applicable
In case of any damage to the product due to customer abuse, repair by unauthorized persons, misuse, attack or damage by house pests, pets, rodents, accidental or incidental damage, spillage of any kind of liquid on the device, exposure to extreme temperatures, atmospheric conditions, water logging, non-specified charger usage, breaking or cutting of wires, improper or reckless use, defects developed due to causes beyond control such as lightning, abnormal voltage, or acts of God.
Deterioration or peeling of the color of the product due to normal wear & tear or usage.
Overcharging, use of batteries, power supplies, or any other sources of power not recommended by the manufacturer.
The Eronix customer service team reserves the right to make the final decision for all potential warranty claims for service or same color preference (depending upon stock availability).
Products won in giveaway/award/referral programs are not covered under the above-stated warranty by Eronix.
In the case of order cancellation for the purchase made via discount/offer code, the original code will become invalid and cannot be refunded back in its original form. Eronix is not entitled to re-issue a new discount/offer code to the customer once the original code is redeemed.
For purchases made via discount/offer code - Only the payment made on Eronix's website is eligible for a refund. Please contact the respective discount/offer partner for the refund related to the amount paid to purchase the discount/offer (if any).
Product Price & Changes
Product prices listed on the website are current. While every care has been taken to label the products accurately, errors in data entry and updating may occur. We reserve the right to cancel the order in case a transaction has been made where the price indicated was not the correct price. In the rare event that happens, we will give a full refund of all money received from the customer.
Prices are subject to change without advance notice.
All prices on this web site are in Indian Rupees. For international cards used on the site, the banks' applicable exchange rate and charges will apply. We have no jurisdiction over this, and any disputes or queries on exchange rates and bank charges need to be directed to the bank or institution that issued your card or payment instrument.
All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at the price in effect at the time of receipt of money and raising of an invoice.
Our products are liable for GST in India.
Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product price, packaging, size, volume, type, and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out, and consumers will know about this before making payments.
